Recent Event: Mock Employment Tribunal
Sunday, November 20th, 2011
On Wednesday 16th November 2011 our Employment team held its annual Mock Employment Tribunal. This Mock Employment Tribunal showcased a new scenario for 2011 and was a Pre-Hearing Review for a disability discrimination claim based on the Claimant’s alleged spinal condition and work-related stress.
It focused on the issues involved in establishing a disability under the Equality Act 2010 and the use of information obtained from a private investigator.
The team has held Mock Employment Tribunals in-house to over 100 delegates and externally as part of tailored training programmes to clients. Delegates are shown a practical demonstration of the Employment Tribunal providing valuable experience for managers and HR professionals.
Our next Mock Employment Tribunal will be held on Wednesday 21st November 2012.
Further details on this half day training course will be available shortly. If you are interested in attending please email your details to marketing@hillhofstetter.com
