BRIBERY ACT 2010: GUIDANCE FOR COMMERCIAL ORGANISATIONS

The Ministry of Justice (MOJ) has announced that the Bribery Act 2010 will come into force on 1 July 2011 and has issued the long-awaited guidance for businesses on “adequate procedures” Guidelines along with a “Quick Start Guide” QS Guide. The Serious Fraud Office and Director of Public Prosecutions have also issued guidance on the approach to prosecutions under the new Act Prosecution Guidance.
