Employment News: Employment Law Changes

The coalition government has stated it wishes to reduce the cost to business of compliance with various employment law obligations. In the 2011 Budget the theme was to ‘Plan for Growth’ and the government has introduced a ‘one in, one out’ rule, whereby no new regulation is brought in without other regulations being cut.
