EMPLOYMENT NEWS: New UK Bribery Laws 2010

All UK businesses will need to consider the implications of the new Bribery Bill, which is expected to come into force later in 2010.
The aim of the Bill is to reform the law on bribery and create new offences covering the giving or receiving of bribes. UK companies and individuals could be guilty of bribery committed anywhere in the world.
